The Borough of Collegeville

Introduction
The Borough of Collegeville is
located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania at the intersection of
the Ridge Pike, the Germantown Pike, and Rt. 29. The Borough
is 1.6 square miles in size and has a population of approximately
4,600 residents with about 1,300 more when Ursinus College is in session.
As a result of it's historic
role as a commercial crossroad, and it's location
between the Perkiomen Valley and the Rt. 422 Expressway, the Borough of Collegeville has
become the town center of a region which has taken it's name.
The Borough consists of:
- an historic commercial Main Street
- a commercial Main Street
- the Ursinus College campus, and
- a mix of residential neighborhoods
