Documents, Forms & Permits

Permits are required for certain types of construction/improvements, and signs. New construction, accessory buildings, pools, decks and patios are examples of some that are subject to the building permit procedure. If you have any questions call the Borough Office at (610)489-9208.

Applications can be obtained from the Borough Office or they can be downloaded from this website. Building and sign permits are issued after review by the Codes Official and Zoning Officer. All applications are in pdf* format. Not all applications are available for download.
