Ursinus College is a liberal arts college located in the heart of Collegeville and founded in 1869. Though the town was not named after the college, the college is very important to our community! Ursinus sits on 170 acres of property in the Borough. The college is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The Ursinus College Bears compete in the NCAA Division III Centennial Conference. The college opens its campus to the community for events of all sorts, including:
