Another interpretation of Collegeville centers around the Pharmaceutical Corporate centers located a few miles from the Borough at the Rt. 422 and Rt. 29 interchange. The pharmaceuticals located there have Collegeville mailing addresses and the interchange - while serving Phoenixville as well as Collegeville - is referred to in news and traffic reports as Collegeville. When defined this way, Collegeville would include portions of the Phoenixville, Royersford, Limerick, Oaks, and Audubon regions.
