Ambulance services are provided to the Borough by the Trappe Fire and Ambulance Company. The Trappe Fire and AmbulancCompany is an all-volunteer fire and ambulance service which operates from Fire Station 77 and Ambulance Station 324, both located at 20 W. Fifth Avenue in the Borough of Trappe.

The Trappe Fire and Ambulance Company serves the Borough of Trappe and a portion of Upper Providence Township with fire services and a larger area, including the Borough of Collegeville, and Limerick, Skippack and Perkiomen Townships, with Ambulance services. The Company also provides mutual aid to other Fire Companies in the Collegeville Region.
