Fire and rescue services are provided to the Borough by the Collegeville Fire Company. The Collegeville Fire Company is an all-volunteer fire and rescue service which operates from Station 34, located in the Borough at 29 E. Fifth Avenue. The location is directly across Fifth Avenue from the Collegeville Borough Municipal Building. Station 34 can be found quickly on the Community Map.

The Collegeville Fire Company serves the Borough of Collegeville and a portion of of Upper Providence Township. The Company also provides mutual aid to other Fire Companies in the Collegeville Region.

The Collegeville Fire Company's equipment includes:

2 Pumpers
1 Heavy Rescue Vehicle
1 Utility/Service Vehicle, and
1 Rescue Boat

Be a Volunteer
Volunteers of the Collegeville Fire Company enjoy the kind of camraderie that only volunteer firemen can know. Together they maintain the station and equipment, plan contingencies for emergencies, hold fundraisers, and train, train, train.

Don't kid yourself, training is not always fun. But any fireman will tell you it provides a tremendous personal challenge and a tremendous personal satisfaction.

You too can know this satisfaction. The Collegeville Fire Company is always ready to welcome new members — men and women who would like to be a part of the thrill and the satisfaction of being a volunteer fireman.
