WB Homes has presented plans to build a townhome development in the Borough of Collegeville on the former Rees Industrial property. The property is bounded by W. Third Avenue, W. Fourth Avenue, Walnut Street, and Chestnut Street, and is across W. Third Avenue from Collegeville Station. It is currently zoned Manufacturing and Industrial (M
