Borough Council adopted Ordinance No. 597 that requires annual inspections of all commercial and industrial properties in Collegeville Borough. The commercial property inspection program will inspect all commercial properties within the Borough for fire-safety code compliance. The program was adopted to safeguard life and property from fire and safety hazards. The inspections will identical to the inspections currently conducted for all Change of Use/Tenants for commercial properties.
