Asphalt Maintenance Solutions LLS (AMS) will be performing the 2026 road work in your development. AMS intends to do Spot Chip Seal Repair starting 8/5 (pre-sealing of distressed areas). The week of 8/24 they will doing crack repair/sealing. The week of 9/21 they will be putting down the Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course (paving process). Residents should be receiving a notice from the contractor explaining the process, but you can read the notice here.
