Innovative Construction will begin milling East Fourth Avenue on Monday September 20, 2021. They expect to follow with paving on E. 4th on Tuesday September 21. During this time local residents will have access to their homes as will delivery trucks, busses, trash trucks, etc. There may be a brief delay at individual driveways during the paving process.
The contractor anticipates starting install of the speed pillows on Park Avenue on Wednesday September 22nd.
