Zoning Hearing Board Legal Notice – Collegeville Car Wash

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Collegeville Borough Zoning Ordinance of 1948, as amended, of a Hearing before the Collegeville Borough Zoning Hearing Board on September 9, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. This meeting will be “remote” via ZOOM.  The participation information will be posted on the Collegeville Borough website www.collegeville-pa.gov.   The Hearing is to consider an application filed by Talal and Christine Tadros, 39 Addison Lane, Collegeville, PA 19426 for parcels 040-00-00589-001 and 04-00-00580-00-1, 98 and 102 First Avenue regarding the following:

1. A Variance from  Section 680-120 F to allow impervious coverage > 20 %
2. A Variance from  Section 680-120 G to allow extension of the existing non-conforming improvements located within the 35’ stream corridor setback area 
3. A Variance from  Section 680-195 B to allow improvements in the flood plain
4. A Variance from Section 680-200 to allow improvements to disturb some steep slopes.

At the time of the Hearing, any persons or parties interested will be given full opportunity to be heard.  The Board reserves the right to conduct such other business as may come before it.
