Notice is hereby given in accordance with Collegeville Borough Zoning Ordinance of 1948, as amended, of a Hearing before the Collegeville Borough Zoning Hearing Board on March 23, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. This meeting will be “remote” via ZOOM. The participation information will be posted on the Collegeville Borough website www.collegeville-pa.gov. The Hearing is to consider an application filed by Daniel J. and Jessica L. Kelly, 360 8th Avenue, Collegeville, PA 19426 regarding the following:
- A Special Exemption under Section 680-50B to allow a flag lot.
- A Variance from Section 680-50B.(8) to permit an access strip that is separated form an adjoining access strip at a width that is less than the minimum required.
At the time of the Hearing, any persons or parties interested will be given full opportunity to be heard. The Board reserves the right to conduct such other business as may come before it.
